I was in Warfronts: Battle for Stromgarde. First my mount kept being invisible (no matter which mount) and it would reappear randomly. But even better, I died, was in the graveyard in Ar’gorok, and when I was rezzed - I was showing a 15K health on my bar and the raid UI, but I was still dead. Couldn’t click the Return to Graveyard button - it said I wasn’t dead. No Angel of Resurrection. Couldn’t mount or attack - it said I was dead. I had to EXIT THE GAME… and come back. I still had the mount issue but was at least “alive.”

Edit: I should mention - /reload wasn’t doing anything.

I had the same issue on an alt when I was doing WQ’s in arathi. Died while killing mobs in Go’Shek farm had a random patrol spawn which is why i died. anyway corpse ran to my body clicked the resurrect button got a screen flash but remained dead in ghost form with no way to do anything but run around meanwhile the heath bar would slowly fill up to 100%, actual heath remained @0.???. note while running around as a ghost after hitting the rez button my character was attack-able by hostile NPCs around. was basically unkillable unless i aggroed 50+ NPCs which killed me again. then the cycle of events began again an again it was rather annoying opened a in game ticket requesting a GM to intervene and help get me back amoung the living again. as a side note first time in the endless loop i was stuck in my addons were on second time all addons were disabled, 3rd time i had totally reset the game (deleting the WTF and cache folders as well as moving my addons totally out of the games folder to force the game to recreate everything) still failed i remained a ghost. 4th an final time i reset the game while still a ghost without hitting the rez button then after relogging used the spirit healer to rez an finally was able to live again.

Ok, so it was not just me with this problem last night. I figured it was the usual suspect lag, but my Internet was fine. Latency was nonexistent.

Anyhow, I died and ghost walked back to my corpse. On clicking my corpse I remained in ghost world indefinitely with 0% health and unkillable. I aggroed the whole cave and it wasn’t until I left the cave and made it to the canyon below that I returned to the real world.

At that point, none of my skills worked and I could only autoattack. I had 75% health trying to kill a kobold and got one shotted. The combat log said something like -40 to health on attack overkill. The game must have falsely showed me as at my normal 75% health at lvl 38. Instead, I was at 0% still.

This went on for 20 minutes. I tried killing other monsters, all my addons were broken due to patch and off prior to playing, and I have nothing running in the background.

I logged out. Deleted my cache. Reset Internet stuff. Came back and it was fixed. First time I’ve ever seen this happen even during crazy lag in Legion WQs. There were hardly any people in my zone besides a hunter. He didn’t seem to be affected.

I could not see him in this dead but not dead mode. But, I could see all enemies.

I’ve been having the same issue. its really driving me nuts it eventually will fix it self till it happens again :disappointed_relieved:

Goodness. Not a peep from anyone who might offer a fixit or perhaps an admin?

This problem still happening… stuck in combat, get killed, revive, 1 health, aggroing mobs, unkillable, still says i’m dead

My wifes toon is dead and still getting attacked. It stopped she went to res and back to dead something is very strange. So you’re not alone.

Yep just happened to me again in Broken Isles. C’mon Blizz. Quit fooling around. FIX THIS THING!

This is also happening to me. I just run fast when I mount but my mount is invisible. When I die and try to rez I remain dead and cannot attack the living who can in return attack me. I have also noticed that when I sit down and eat to full health my health bar remains low. Party members see me like normal in all of these instances but I am affected regardless. HELP BLIZZZ!!!

I don’t understand why we aren’t getting a response about this. Maybe they’ve logged it as a bug, maybe they’re ignoring us, maybe it’s Maybelline? We’ll never know if they don’t bother replying!

I was able to fix this. This was happening in Howlingwind Cavern in Kun-Lai Summit to me, where a bunch of mobs spawn out of snow piles, and rezzing did nothing. I was dead and mobs still attack me. It’s like… purgatory.

At first, I tried restarting wow several times. I tried rezzing at corpse and at GY, but both times I was stuck in “purgatory”, where mobs could attack but me but I was still dead.

Finally, I relogged without restarting it after I had GY rezzed and I appeared alive.

Still an issue, I also logged out and in and it worked for me.

still happening, happens a lot in island expeditions. just had it occur while doing the zuldazar port quests on my paladin
