So much others like myself ended up dying due to a Denial of Service attack, however is was on march 8th at around the time stamp given, where 30- 50 players were all killed within seconds of the attack.
Now i understand your post makes no mention of going back to a further date for character restoration, but i must ask why not open the scope? specially if its a Denial of Service case I feel they should all be treated the same. Either way i figured this would be worth mentioning as i was informed it was a DDoS attack at the time by your employee’s. Would appreciate it if you could possibly look into it, here is a reddit post with further details on that night. Was quite brutal as soon as we pulled the whole server went into a limbo state, wouldn’t allow casts or anything you couldn’t even move or see monsters move much, then you get kicked back to the main screen where we all waited to see our fate as we finally got to login, my 35 days time played mage was dead sadly. along with almost 50 other toons at that time on DoomHowl. Figured this was worth mentioning though just in case.
