Koboldgaming level 27 mage died due to ddos attack between the times of 3:10-3:15pm central time, could you help with resurrecting it. The death was beyond my control.

I understand what we all sign up for when playing HC WoW, but today should absolutely be an exception to rez all the dead characters today during the server outages from the attacks. This was completely out of our control, and only thing that would have prevented it is if none of us played today.
Lost my paladin, Absolvyn on Doomhowl because of this, its ridiculous. I feel terrible for lvl 30-60s who died.
Please do the right thing, Blizzard. We pay a subscription, and I agree with the terms when going into Hardcore, but this just isnt right to not resurrect everyone who died in the period of the attacks (that are still affecting the server).

Character name is Closetfurrie, server went down without warning and when I went to log back in, the character was dead. Requesting an appeal.

Molliesaver, here! I too would like to request an appeal. I was full health, with another person in a party, got lag spike like I was playing from the moon then froze. Couldn’t close nothing, then couldn’t log back in. when I did, the party member couldn’t see me or the guys fighting and was close to death, with lag, so died.

Literally half my guild just died and I’m 100% sure none of us will re subscribe if no roll backs are issued. Also saw 250 deaths in my feed. Whether or not this an issue related to blizzard players should be revived that were on hardcore servers. It’s the LEAST we could ask for

It shouldn’t even be a question we have to ask. It should be automatic to have a free revive on character deaths during the crash. We shouldn’t be losing anything from server issues.

Yes! Rollback and revive them! you can see from the death logs the mass deaths of all levels across the board at the same time. with no answer or an announcement that states “Hey don’t play yet! we are working on it.”

Well Said!! I agree! my priest 33 on her way to 34 full health died questing, while my husband was able to hearth and live. so many deaths with this. They rezzed all of the Onlyfangs guild who had this happen to in March.

It allows people to grief others with ddos and server overloads. If they allow it to work itll keep happening.

0 communication from blizzard and char is still dead. Not letting them get away with this and will be spamming support/forums until they address the issue. What a joke.

Support doesnt handle rez consideration. I myself am waiting to hear what they decide because I lost my last hope for continuing my sub. The devs need to communicate. I figure they will at least say something tomorrow (Monday)

Same thing here, pls consider the rollback we don’t deserve this honorless death.
I did get information that Community mangers do check the forums and can relay information to the devs. They won’t directly interact here but if they are actively doing their jobs they will be surfing these forums today because of this issue. So they SHOULD see alot of the frustration.
