I really donāt think he cares. Anyone with enough intelligence to do this would also be capable of realizing the consequences. He weighted them and figured a few moments of fame was worth it.
Donāt forget free housing, free food, free utilities, free clothing and medical coverageā¦

His ātechniqueā was posting under a username that wasnāt his real name. people had his facebook within a couple hours during the DDoS attacks, something about a mcdonalds employee.

I love how these āattackersā get all smug on twitter thinking the law wonāt catch up to them and that they can just DDoS willy-nilly.
I would love to see the look on their faces when law enforcement shows up and books them.

Is it possible to DDOS to this scale and not get caught? I mean he had to know he was screwed from the beginning.

people hyped him up as some kind of god tier hacker lol. turned out to be a dumb kid who probably stumbled across some prebuilt ddos software after all.
Yet there he will be, at someone elseās expense. No costs of living in any shape or form and not holding a job, just leeching off society. Free medical/dental coverage.
Probably about the same he was doing before he went to prison minus the medical/dental coverage. Depending on age (never looked it up) I donāt think heāll end in a very ādangerousā prison given the charges we know about.
I donāt know about the US of A, but up here in Canada some of the minimum security prisons are pretty comfy living for the inmates from what Iāve seen and heard.
