DDOS attack

wrath and retail are both down. Lets not blow too much smoke

Overwatch also seems to be down

no, that would cause localized lag on the streamers server, not take down the whole of B. net

Heck ya be there for the regular scheduled DDoSing lmao

STV event doesn’t crash all servers. If you want to speak about critical thinking, then first try doing it.

DDOS attack is a weird way for blizzard to spell streamers who are actively encouraged and emboldened to engage in zone disruption.

I find it fascinating that Blizzard is the only gaming company that regularly experiences downtime due to “DDoS” attacks. It’s also always temporary, like a few hours, during peak times, and they never seem to have a solution other than “Sorry lol”.

If someone is that good at DDoSing that it can cripple Blizzard and get away with it, why wouldn’t they be doing it 24/7?

Maybe someone upset that all the gold they farmed isn’t worth as much with the upcoming changes, and leveling is easier to selling booster seats isn’t in demand or profitable.
