I have been DC’d 8 times in the last 20 minutes. This has been an on again, off again problem since DF launched. Is anyone else currently struggling with this? I’m getting tired of paying a sub for a game i can’t play half the time. Has anyone seen anything from Blizzard about a fix? And, yes, I have gone through all the garbage fixes that are recommended by Blizz and none of it has worked so far.
This would bet better suited for the tech support forum. Could try posting logs of your ping test to see if any packages are dropped along the way and back.

While your situation might not have been helped by first-line suggestions, many people are helped by them. The “garbage fixes” you speak of weed out a significant percentage of complaints for people that haven’t actually tried rebooting, cycling their hardware, resetting their UI, doing a scan and repair, etc.
As I said in some other thread a day or two ago, generalized problems like “slow loading” or “constant disconnecting” or “choppy graphics” can be caused by any one of a hundred different issues. So even if there are 1,000 people lining up for help with “constant disconnects,” the chances are astronomically small that they’re all experiencing the same issues.
Hence “garbage fixes,” which some people call triage. A significant number of people can resolve their issues by following these initial suggestions. If the suggestions don’t apply to you, because you’ve already tried them, then all you need to do is say so, and ask for further help.
Anyway, Zenjy is absolutely right, this is a Tech Support issue, not Customer Support.
My personal experience is that I haven’t been disconnected a single time since DF launched.

post a winmtr - run it for 10-15 minutes, you can play while it runs to make sure the problem is happening. post it, highlight it and hit the </> button in the reply box to help it post.

There’s a certain dragon race that nearly always DC’s me at the start if I don’t take off a certain way.
Other than that, dropping quickly out of flight form with an attack sometimes causes it too, but not always.
Game has been pretty solid on the DC front for me otherwise, I do get the odd one here and there, but nothing like you’re describing apart from the consistent times I mentioned above.
