I wanted to farm Jaina mount but noticed there is not any quest to skip the raid bosses like on Legion raids or even Draenor
do i have to pass all the raid to get a small chance to get her mount every time or am i missing something ?
iirc there’s an npc you can talk to right at the entrance to port you to jaina
edit: yeah, just checked there’s a troll named Otoye right at the start that teleports you to the boat with jaina. this means you lose your chance at G.M.O.D for that difficulty tho if you still need it.

There is a skip, I can confirm that. I cannot confirm where it is. It’s been a while since I’ve done it, but I know it exists.
Skip with caution, as it doesn’t let you go backwards. If you want anything else from the raid, do that first.

i think i found the skip, it is a Zandalari troll called Otoye, but since i haven’t clear the raid on mythic i guess i can’t skip it yet, i thought it would be a farming mission like the other ones
hope it is not, those are kinda long quest
You don’t have to clear mythic to open the skip. I’ve done it on alts who have never stepped foot into the raid. Matter of fact, mythic BfDA is not soloable at the moment due to scripted mechanics. Only way to get to Jaina is via skip.
hmm, then i don’t have idea why i can’t skip to her yet, also i just got one shooted by the Jade masters, guess that is the kind of skills you were talking about :3

No, it wasn’t. Jadefire Masters is doable with gear (tip, kill the Kul Tiran mage first - he’s the one who launches you in the air). It’s the boss after that is impossible to do since it splits off into two sections and the fight ends if both bosses are not engaged by two people. King Rastakan is also impossible for a similar reason.
Let me do some additional research on the skip. I can’t log into the game right now to see for myself unfortunately
i just checked on normal and Heroic and i can’t even seen the troll, the skip only works on M ?
and that is a big shame, the transmog is kinda cool of this raid, very cool for horde toons
okay, i just read some too and seems like i need one kill on mythic, which is a shame because it means i need that rare thing called fRIenDS
and i don’t have any fRIenDS
i mean even with friends its not easy.
Ive run it solo on heroic with this guy trying to get some of the mog pieces that i think look rather deathknighty.
Some of the fights are weird and i just tried to zugzug the best i could to get through them.
Although the Mythic peices look even better but idk if i can do it at that level.
