Need to complete “Whelp, There It Is” for Taivan Meta-Achievement.

Just to explain, loads up you to the Eastern Kingdoms loading screen, followed immediately by the Dragonflight loading screen, sending you right back to Valdrakken sometimes you are teleported to somewhere in the ocean.
Still bugged, some players cant complete the daylies.
This issue has been occurring since before the release of The War Within, and it probably appeared with the pre-patch update. Unfortunately, there are many people who are unable to complete the meta-achievement just because of this bug, and given the time it has been around it probably isn’t a priority for Blizzard.
I have the same problem
don’t accept the quest while mounted.
