"Daycare Derby" Achievement not giving reward

I recently completed the Daycare Derby achievement associated with the whelp daycare quests. This achievement is supposed to reward a toy, Whelp on Strings. After getting the achievement, the toy is nowhere to be found (checked inventory, mail and toy collection page).

Happened to me as well. I had mail from the postmaster that showed the icon for the toy but it said error retrieving item information when I opened it. After relogging it has now disappeared from my mailbox as well.

It tried to mail it to me, but the item was pending and label-less, but still looked like the toy, and then just deleted from it. So I’ve got a blank Postmaster mail.

Same issue here. Can’t say I’m surprised after yesterday’s race issues. :dracthyr_cry_animated:
At least the Axel pet was properly retrieved from the mail for the other achievement (Whelp, There It Is).

Same exact problem as everyone else, Whelps on Strings sitting in mailbox saying “retrieving item information”

As an update, a GM answered my placed ticket and said “it was in my inventory but might be hidden due to an add-on.” After disabling addons, refreshing and even relogging, the toy still isn’t in my inventory (or anywhere else).

 got the achieve, no toy assigned. It was issued to my mail as a non-functioning grey mail without any item to take.

Adding my +1. The achievement reward was mailed to my character, however it looks broken like others have mentioned and I am not picking it up. I believe this toy’s implementation problem was also reported on the PTR

In game ticket was closed with a general “we are busy” response. Not opening or delting the mail, will hope it is resolved soon as I went through the pain of these races just for the toy LOL

I’m having the same problem. It’s in my mailbox from the postmaster but it’s red & I can’t get it to go into my bags. I made the mistake of opening my mail. Very disappointed. :cry:

Same problem here. I dont even see it listed under ‘Uncollected’

This is one reason I dont bother helping test patches anymore, they dont ever fix the bugs we report.

This appears to be fixed. I logged in tonight with the item sitting in my bags
