Toxic names all around
Toxic chat, doesn’t seem like anyone was enjoying themselves. I think they are all just going through the motions.
The only time people were happy were when someone else died. Have to get a third party addon to even see.
Guild spam invites. Eventually took one because I was tired of being bombarded.
It was a racist guild. I left.
Chat turned into all Spanish because there are no Oceanic realms.
Idk man, they should have just invested their time in a fresh classic era.

People from other countries that speak other languages have no option but to communicate in public chats in their native languages. It became the majority very quickly.
Edit- and I’d like to add, this was the least of the issues for me directly. It is probably a much bigger issue for them, who have difficulty in finding a place to simply communicate with others.

I quit HC in 2022… was getting hyped for this until I logged in and got to level 3. Been there… done that… remembered how much of a let down it was getting to 60… and why I quit doing hc… hype over…

LatAm servers are NA not OCE in retail - Chicago data center.
You’re not getting Spanish in chat because there’s no OCE server.
Other languages is an issue? Don’t understand - then it’s not for you and you can move on.

Would people from the Philippines be in the Oceanic realms?
It was weird seeing the starting zones almost empty just a couple hours after launch. I guess Blizz just made a ton of layers? Or people already quit.
Not sure if they would be interested in OCE based out of the Sydney data center or Taiwan. Good question.

I’m fine with people using whatever language makes them comfortable, it makes the server feel more interesting. I was just curious.

Most speak english there.
Or it be Tagalog.
Which is very different from Spanish. Farther away, imo, than Portuguese which people also mix up with Spanish.

Just a streamer fad to sell rested xp guides… honestly don’t see it being populated after couple weeks, majority of today was lvl 1 trolls. interest isn’t there.

If you got mass reported then you probably said some snowflake crap in chat.

Started when servers went up. Enjoyed it for the most part. 1st thing I did was blocked guild invites so that was a non-issue. I may join one later, when I get a few levels. Passed out a lot of buffs and heals. finished start zone and hit the city for profs then saved at GS just as a storm was rolling in. Didn’t want to risk a power outage. will hit it tomorrow.
I Reached dolaraan before lunch over. Did my long walk to see lw/skinner.
I plan on pseudo HC rule set. I will make my own armour. and just buy the crap like elixirs/potions for some item recipes off of ah.
A Personal rule…others can do whatever. Its their HC run, run it however they want really.
