I received the 500 TW badge quest item on my first run with one toon on 1/7. I then ran with 2 different alts on Silvermoon realm on 1/7 (Rastashara and Gorehoof) and never received the 200 point shrouded coin quest for both of them. Looking through bug reports this seems to be a fairly common occurrence. This seems to be a bug consistently reported over the last several months, but the GMs told me there is no history of this bug and told me they couldn’t reimburse me. Wowhead also confirms that this is a known bug.
