So day 1 has problems, predicted to happen, has happened in the past, is happening now.
Why are people upset? launch is just playing out as expected, like every other expansion. Breath, have a nap, try again.
The game is 18 years old, we all know this happens with new expansions and we still chose to subscribe anyway.
Shouldn’t they have figured something out by now?
I’m sure they have a whole team dedicated to resolving artificial ddos attacks caused by impatient people spamming buttons. Imagine how many chrome tabs their computers can probably have open.
No, because the current version of the game is a few hours old.
They probably decided to fix the problems after they occur.
Getting mad at server f!@#$ery on a WoW expansion launch is like getting mad that it rained…after staring at angry, grey clouds for two weeks straight.
Like did you guys not get DCed even once during the primal event? Were you not around for a launch pre BFA? Just chill for the first day or two.
But like… it has happened again and again. Surely they know this is coming. So why does it always happen?
More problems than usual. They’re about to 100% seal a worse launch than SL. Even the people I knew had issues w/ SL were going around this time.
WOD was the last bad launch I remember and while this is no doubt bad, it still isn’t as bad as WOD’s first week.
