In Dawnbreaker, the NPC’s who are in combat as role play are casting Night Bolt at random players. So you’ll be fighting mobs and the RP mobs will lob like 4-5 Nightbolts at the team, nuking people without them really knowing wtf is going on. Blizz please fix thanks.

There are no bugs in the Dawnbreaker. 
I just leveled a priest and saw this happening in normal dungeons and just assumed someone had tagged them…is this happening in m+?
Been that way for a bit now unfortunately, best practice is to pay attention before you fly off to see if any of them are casting on your team. They can still nuke you from across the dungeon, so best to make sure you’re clear.
