My request is simple to make it available due to each week we try its hard to get healers into Hard mode to get these items.

Don’t they drop on the mythic upgrade track in a hardmode run?

But this is kinda silly to ask for - they aren’t on the M+ roster this season. It would be like asking for some raid trinket from 2 expansions ago to be on the bullion.
No, I’d rather ask for some friends who really want it I already have something that helps me. but I realise Druid/Demon Hunter and Prot Pally. Might need them to push higher keys.
A request is just that, they can either make them available or not.
I asked for the Dungeon to be added into the Mythic Plus rotation… but I got shot down.

Id rather they nerf these trinkets so they arent competitive at all. If you get a vendor for a mythic dungeon - why not a vendor for all DF mythic dungeons.
I cant buy a puzzle box on myth track - i cant farm it - i need to get lucky in the vault which causes player retention and makes mee hope every week ill hit the jackpot.
If doti items go onto a vendor - it should be ALL loot on a vendor.
Or like i said - nerf them so they are never competitive compared to whats already available.
I’m sure people will make the case that they should do that anyway.
I couldn’t care less one way or the other, but I agree that I don’t really see the need for an exception to be made for this stuff. Yeah, it doesn’t have the chance to show up in the vault…but there’s plenty of M+ loot that I’m sure plenty of people would love to just be able to spend bullion to get, instead of hoping for a drop.
Why should people have an easier time to access those items compared to say, Tome?
