Dawn of the Infinite - Murozond's Rise timer increase not retroactively granting achievements

With the reset on 11/28, DotI: Rise had its timer increased to 36 Minutes.

I had an un-timed +20 Rise from last week that clocked in at 35:19, meaning it’s now a timed key. I did not receive the Keystone Hero: Dawn of the Infinite achievement or Portal, despite having both Dawn of the Infinite dungeons completed at +20 or higher in time.

Previous timer adjustments have never retroactively granted credit. I wouldn’t expect this to be any different.
