Just happened to my guild group in a +20, we were well on track to timing it too 
Comp: Prot paladin, resto shaman, demo lock, BM hunter, fury warrior.
had just this happen to my group

And it just happened to mine as well.
Bug still persists.

Just happened in a +18 with 11 minutes left. Fix it already it’s been SIX MONTHS.
Blizzard still hasn’t fixed this bug as of 3/26/2024, maybe they’ll fix it before next expansion? shrug

Doubt it… I tried to farm some transmog from Eye of Sethraliss recently and the 2nd eye to open the hall to last boss didn’t spawn, making the dungeon incompletable.
I reported this way back when it was current and bricked a +11 keystone at the time.
Still happening btw just ran a group on a +10 and the wall was stuck. Left the area twice and came back through didn’t fix anything. Find it a little funny that this was reported on the PTR and this still hasn’t been fixed.
If they can’t fix the wall they should just put a permanent teleport to the last boss. Easy fix.
