Dawn of the Infinite hard mode

Good Day all!

I have a quick quest ion about Dawn of the Infinite hard mode. I’m farming normal mythic mode on my fury warrior main for the Reins of the Quantem Courser and can clear the dungeon pretty easily now. My question is would doing the hard mode give me any extra chance at the Quantum Courser? My main might just be able to get Iridikron to that 90% threshold before he kills Chrome on hard mode, but don’t want to potentially waste a week in trying.

The Timereaver mount has been a bane of my existance (nearly 5k dungeon boss kills, about 60 raid chest openings, and about 15 DoI kills on normal mythic mode.) So im trying every chance I can get at this point.

I would guess that hardmode would not increase chances of the mount. It looks like it just gives a transmog and higher ilvl loot but who knows if blizz increases the drop rate for hard mode. I don’t see anyone having evidence that they do this though.
