Dawn of the infinite (hard mode) is amazing in S4

I just wanted to say how much I like current dawn of the infinite hard mode.

Current tuning makes it very interesting to tank with the heavy tank busters and constant damage on some bosses. It really doesn’t feel like a m+ (as it feels more about bossing) and I think the change of pace feels great.

My group had a great time in it and I do hope more mega-dungeons would follow the same model as dawn of the infinite this season and be this challenging, I think all future seasons would benefit from one of those hard mode dungeon that doesn’t just get turned into another M+.

The rewards also feel great with the hard mode rewarding heroic raid loot (and even mythic raid loot quality on the last boss, I heard, if you do a deathless run on hard mode).

Did it again as a dps this week, still had plenty of fun. My friend wanted to experience tanking it and the 2nd boss (timeways) is always a bit surprising the first time.

We had a funny bug with Morchie staying in her dragon form and reapearing which gave us 2 Morchie when she says “There can only be one Morchie” xd (seems like a rare bug but I’ll take the extra cleave dps)

Realized by the end of this week that something that is missing in term of rewards is that the dungeon in hardmode doesn’t award any wyrm or aspect crests and for me it definitely should be worth some. It also counts as m0 for the great vault which to be fair the people I’ve done this with before have said that it felt harder than a current M+10.
