Trying to solo through last expansions dungeon Dawn of the Infinites to get some weapon transmogs but no loot ever drops from the bosses except Gold and reputation for Sindormi.
This is not legacy content yet so you aren’t guaranteed any loot unfortunately.
Edit: Legacy loot drops start when you are 11 levels higher than the content.

I just did it on heroic and I got eight splintered sparks of awakening. It doesn’t make sense for those to drop since you can’t even use them anymore.
You can’t use them for crafting DF S1&2 items?
Don’t you need crests as well?
Crests are only used for upgrading the item level, which doesn’t really matter any longer.

Without Flightstones, you can’t merge Splintered Sparks, so you can’t create Sparks for DF crafting.
So not very useful, even for crafting missing transmogs.
Shadowflame sparks don’t need flightstones, though they were definitely required for Dreaming and Awakened. I have no idea if you can actually make the S3 gear because of that
So is there any point in farming this at this point? Just ran it twice on heroic and got nothing but rep and sparks.
If you want guaranteed loot, then no. Dragonflight is not legacy and will not historically be counted as legacy until you reach level 81+.
Blizzard has flipped the switch for legacy loot mode to activate early before, but they haven’t said anything about doing that for Dragonflight.

Not looking for guaranteed loot. I am looking for specific drops, just find it odd that there are 8 bosses and none of them dropped anything but rep and those tokens for crafting. I thought it was a glitch when it happened a second time on two separate toons.
Unfortunately not odd for “current” content. I bet you’ve run several dungeons in a row in TWW without getting any loot. Right now, Dragonflight behaves the same way.
You’ll be able to farm them once the next expansion launches, or maybe even sooner if they activate legacy mode early!
