I have been receiving over 5k of lag in Stormguard. I did HUldir with no problems. What is going on? I am getting rather annoyed and might be making a call to customer service to request this month’s cost back seeing as how I can’t play.
hands down the best internet company ive ever had.
This kinda concerns me if you are really getting 3% loss to that hop. The only thing between you an that one is the cable plant and your modem. You MAY want to actually call in to the helpdesk and make sure they don’t see anything odd with your connection.
Ran the test 3 more times and had no losses. Appreciate your concern though <3

lag.dallas 1 or whatever it’s called and et-0-0-2 and et-0-0-4 or whatever are the biggest hiccups. Whatever is happening to or from those nodes is horrendous. I feel ya.

The issue should be resolved at this time. Blizzard located an issue with a fiber connection on their end. We are continuing to monitor the situation in order to deploy a work around should the issue return.

all things are working here in East Texas.
INstallers are working.
access to buggy locations are fixed.
its all working…
now to see if the Raid Latency is resolved.

yes a quick LFR and raid latency seems fine too.

Logged into WoW and my Home and World latency is way better than it used to be. Home is 54 and World is 59 at the 5:00 PM CST (-6). The first WinMTR is me hanging around Boralus.

Things seem fixed for me. Raids/BG’s seem fine and now i can access the website again. Much thanks to those folks who put in time on this one.
