Is this talent even useful? Reducing the GCD of Tiger Palm by 50% seems… useless?
It looks like a “sim” talent to me. In a perfect world with 100% uptime it is okay, but to me it is a waste of a point, especially for m+.
It’s a very strong talent because it lets us get another ability or two into our cooldown windows, so it’s generally in the “always pick” category of talents.
I find it sometimes messes up my internal timing and I end up Tiger palming twice ruining my combo. In a perfect world its great but I am an imperfect player.
Yeah I noticed this was happening to me so I just moved the point somewhere else. Might be a DPS loss but I haven’t noticed it at all.

This is an absolutely bonkers and a sleeper talent. With the changes, ww now values energy more as a resource than chi (backwards I know), this talent allows you to risk overcapping far less often as your #1 priority basically at all times is to bleed off energy if less than 5 chi and above 50 energy.
You are correct about the shift in priorities, but it’s not because of Dartinf Hurricane, it’s more because of Flurry Strikes and, more specifically, the Shadow Wisdom of the Wall buff which makes Energy more important to squeeze in more Flurry Strikes to take advantage of the buff.
Absolutely. I should have specified that it allows more flurry strikes by spending less GCDs on the TPs. My apologies lord babs

Hello! I didn’t quite understand how it works, Could you please elaborate some more? I’m a newbie ww . At first sight it feels bad to break hit combo with two consecutive Tiger palms
You don’t break Mastery/Hit Combo with it, you just play normally and sometimes your GCD is slightly faster.
However, after it was nerfed, it’s not a recommended talent for any content. It is a game, so play it if you like it.
