In the books it mentions how talanji was having her nation closed off for a period of time and arranging some marriages between her peoples.
Eventually there is an assassination attempt on her life and she gets saved by some horde bois who bwonsamdi gave a vision of her death and got saved instead.
There is stuff going on with them just not ingame, its difficult to have focus on all these factions at once ingame.

Yeah I’m pretty sure that’s correct. The again didn’t the Horde kill Matthias Shaw in some kind of quest or world quest too? Is killing an NPC always canon? I could be totally wrong
While she can be attacked during the WQ to attack they speakers, there’s nothing outright saying she is dead lorewise.

No, as seen with Nathanos being killed in Vanilla by the Alliance and then being within the Undercity in Cataclysm. They explained as him playing dead, but they don’t always get a proper explanation, as seen with the various vanilla kill targets that were still kill targets in Cata.

Yeah it’s pretty fugly. The whole set is super plain aside from the mask too unfortunately, atleast for my taste. If all they fixed was he mask I’d come to terms with it but I’d prefer they rework a couple
More pieces like that boring belt that clips halfway into the legs and add some actual skulls.

If it actually looked just like his set I’d find some peace with that even though it wouldn’t really be heritage, but it doesn’t it has clearly taken SOME inspiration from Vol’Jins set but is very inferior by nearly every metric.

Yeah it’s not a 1 for 1 and if it were that’d be kinda cool but it’s not and it wouldn’t really be a heritage armor. Like I said to another guy earlier
Totally agree that Draeni set is in the same boat, it tries to be in keeping with an original concept art but instead takes creative liberty and leaves it worse than it was before.
