So, what with the heavy Darkness nerf ?, it used to do 50% on pvp if not raids, and i think 25% if battleground.
Now it does 15%/30%…, and you took the demon out.

I think it might be a bug. In pretty sure it was supposed to make your dodge go to 100%. Doesnt it say that in the tooltip?

always has been, raids don’t stack in melee, m+ people move out of it thinking its damaging until its too late, and even if a full group was inside it 20% of your players surviving a nuke does not help like an actual defensive cooldown. its not even worth being called out for by groups its just a fart cloud dhs drop to sniff if they get spooked
ams is twice the size, shorter cd, far more visable, actually reduces damage to everyone. a dps that has a real utility

Ya darkness is very weak, especially for a 5 minute cd. At the very least it should follow us.
Reduce its CD for raids and M+ . It’s not an incredibly strong ability. 5 minutes is ridiculous for a 15% chance to dodge one or two attacks. Death Knights have AMZ which is 20% spell damage reduction for the entire raid that is in the barrier and comes up every 2 minutes. Either make Darkness 30-50% or make the CD more manageable. It’s a once per raid fight ability pretty much.
Same with netherwalk, it doesn’t come close to doing what pally bubbles do and has the same CD! SMH
Only game changing abilities should have a 5 minute CD. Whoever felt Darkness qualified as “game changing”, needs a reality check.
We definitely got more tanks this patch. Not nearly as squishy as last season or the one before it.
