Darkmoon Farie Adventurer's Guide Help?

When I 1st started playing WOW on my 1st character (a mage) – I went to Darkmoon Farie. (and must have attained this guide)

After a couple months my bag and bank were overwhelmed with soulbound items, notes, papers, trinkets, doo-dads – that I did not know what to do with.

I asked a friend – and he said, “I delete it all”.
So I cleaned up like 20-25 slots in my inventory and destroyed anything that was a piece of paper, book or trinket that had no sell value.

Today, I went back to Darkmoon Farie with an Alt – and I got this adventure guide as the opening quest.

I thought “Oh this could be useful.” – I should keep this in my inventory any time I go in a dungeon, raid or battleground.

I then went back to my mage to look for it – and realized I must have destroyed it. My friend said anything you destroy you can always get again.

However, when I go to talk to the Darkmoon Farie lady she doesn’t offer me this quest again.

Is there any way I can get this book for my Mage again?

You can try the item restore. Im not sure how it exactly works but im fairly certain you contact a GM and they will help you out

There is an NPC right at the entrance in a tent that you can talk to to get your guide back.

Yes, also you don’t::

Wowhead, buy the items fom the ah.

It is cheaper, in time spent, than getting the drops. Usually they are reasonable, on the ah.
