The stat buffs from the darkmoon faire are not giving 10% to the chosen stat. Rather they are only giving 10. My stamina before the buff is 303. After the buff it was 313.
Another guildie had the same issue with the intellect buff.

The DMF Buffs (damage and resistance aside) only give 10%base stat buff, just like the buff that you get from Omen during the Lunar Festival.
It is sadly working as intended as far as I know (tanks and dps only need the damage buff anyways ^^)
ok thank you. That’s just dumb. 10% is not worth a buff slot
