Darkmoon Faire sky and water flickering

Problem with /only/ Darkmoon Faire's skybox

Obviously this would be my first chance to observe an issue - when I got to the Faire, from the overlook near the entrance portal, I could see a band of the skybox, over the ocean, flickering badly and showing one corner of our cubical world. When doing fishing, the water in general has a faint flicker, not so much the sky. This is ONLY happening at the Faire.
