So, I’m doing Darkmoon Fair Powermonger Gold for the Darkmoon Cannon; and I’m pretty sure the tolls are going twice as fast now.
Normally, when I go for this achievement on characters it takes a few tries; but I eventually manage it . I’ll get a few races of 20+ tolls etc.
However, this morning when I try it, I’m seeing resuls where I’m making a decent time; only to cross the finish line with 40+ or sometimes even 50+ tolls.
Please look into it as I don’t think this achievement (which I’ve done previously on other characters) is currently broken. Given we can only attempt this one week a month; it likely means this week will be a no go for getting this on my druid

Trying to do Darkmoon Faire Racer Roadhog achievement. I do it more smoothly than any of the tutorial videos I can find yet the fastest I can do is 18 tolls. They are doing it in 10-11. My tolls seem to be going about 70% faster than in the videos.
I cannot even get the 15 and under achievement.
Something is definitely wrong with this.
I’ve been having the same issue. Both races will toll regularly until the first checkpoint but from then on will basically double/triple up on the amount of times they toll until eventually you end up with a ridiculous score.
Seems to be the case. I can hit first checkpoint in under 4 tolls, which is the benchmark for a great start to the run. I do the rest equally as well and end with 18 tolls every time.
Glad to know its not me; and that the short race suffers this too. Shame; really wanted to get darkmoon cannon again for Zerith Mortis

Yea, just tried to get the Darkmoon Cannon. Ended up in the range of 40-50 toll range. I get this item for every new character. Guess I won’t be doing that this week. The timer is counting way too fast.
I just tried this for the Darkmoon Cannon as well. After hitting the Green Racing Post, you get 3 debuffs instead of just the one for the next post. I have Purple Timer, Green Timer, and Red Timer debuffs all after hitting the green post which is why tolls start going three times as fast. Impossible to get the achievement at the moment.
I am also experiencing this.

What I’m seeing is tolls chiming irregularly, going at about 2-4 times normal speed… Even though I normally score around 12-13 tolls on the short race, and around 21-23 tolls on the long race, my toll counts were in the 30’s on the short race and in the 50s in the long race… and I took the same routes at the same amount of time. Something is seriously bugged.
From what I could gather after trying to complete this, I noticed that the bells for a particular leg continue even after reaching a checkpoint.

Reporting similar issues as everyone else. I have earned all the DMF achievements before on my other account and have never had such difficulties as this time regarding the darkmoon races.
I have also been experiencing another weird issue in the faire, such as the banshees in the Blight Boar event appearing for like one second and then turning invisible so you can’t see them move and then getting steamrolled by them. Has anyone else done Blight Boar and experienced a similar problem?
All of the other games worked fine like usual, so I’m at a loss as to why just the races are broken, lol. 
we are having the same issue. if you look at your debuffs after the 3rd post it starts stacking several different coloured toll debuffs at once where there should only ever be one colour at once, thus adding to the toll count way faster, making the achievements impossible.
Im having the exact same issues that everyone else is at the moment. Spent the last two hours trying for the roadhog achievement but im getting several debuffs after passing the 3rd post which is making this impossible
Same issue here. The issue seems to be that once you pass through orange checkpoint you start getting green and red tolls again, when it should only be orange. Therefore you get 3x the amount of tolls you should be getting… As a result achievements like roadhog are impossible to complete. Please blizzard can you fix this I’ve been waiting all month for this haha.
I submitted a ticket to a gm. I can not get 11 or under for the tolls. It is literally impossible atm. Best you can get with a flawless, perfect run is 18 tolls right now. We all need to submit bug reports to hopefully get this fixed. It’s bs because I want my fire eater’s vial toy

Great advice. When I had posted in this thread it was late and I was tired. It totally slipped my mind to submit an actual bug through support, lol. I just submitted my report this morning so hopefully we can get this looked at and fixed soon.
This issue is still ongoing. The tolls are ticking ridiculously fast.
I’ve noticed the tolls start off at a normal pace but about midway in, they start to double tick one after the other rather than just once. The end result is a score of about 45-50+ per run.
Needless to say, the items locked behind completing the race in under 20 ticks are currently unachievable.
issue i am having is that the end timer is still sitting on my screen like i am still in the race and so i cant do any of the other games
