Can you no longer use Darkmoon faire profession quests to level up older profession content from previous expansion? I tried a couple of profession quests and they didn’t give me a +5 increase in profession.

I t hink its current content profs only now.
Its stupid given THEY broke them all up
we should be able to apply them to the expansion prof we need it on

I just got +5 Zandalari JC skill so you definitely still can. Do you have the Shadowlands profession trained and maxed?
yeah, I was sure I was getting skill points for previous expansion professions on characters once shadowland professions maxed

Yes, you can. It goes from most recent expansion then works backwards I think. So, if SL is done, it would work on BfA professions if you have them learned. Once that is done, it would do Legion if you have them learned.
Fishing though, does not level up when fishing off the coast there though. Keep that in mind. It does reward toys, mounts, etc. Also great for new chars that need gold via Bloated Threshers.
