I apologize if this has been mentioned or if this isn’t the exactly right area, but I wanted to let someone know that see’s these things that the Darkmoon Faire isn’t showing in the calendar for any future dates. I checked with other players in the major cities to verify it wasn’t just my client. I see the one we had at the beginning of the month but none are showing in the calendar for future dates. It’s not exactly game breaking or anything but I assume it’s a bug all the same. Thanks and have a good one!

yes, i’ve noticed that too. i googled it [no google, men can’t get pregnant] and saw it happens from time to time. i’m sure they’ll fix it, though not many people care about dmf

Just checked it myself and saw it’s not on the calendar. I’m assuming the event is still happening.
Always seems pretty crowded when I’m there–especially the carousel. (10% rep and xp buff)

Not just the carousel. Try the new roller coaster. It gives the same buff. Plus, you won’t get dazed if you forget to buy a ticket. You just won’t be able to click on the car to ride. I don’t have a lot of tickets because I used them for heirlooms so I can’t afford the hat. Hence, I return to the Faire to ride the roller coaster on my alts that need XP or rep.
Another feature is the easy profession skill-ups. 5 skill points for each profession plus lots of XP. (Hit the roller coaster first for bonus XP, of course.) If you’ve already got max skill for the current expansion, the skill points will be applied to any gaps in your profession for the previous expansions. A nice way to fill in the holes for the expansions you skipped. For the quests that need profession mats, you can find them in Goldshire or Thunderbluff.

Oh, I ride the coaster sometimes, too. It’s just that you can’t actually see the other players on the coaster, but they’re obvious on the carousel. My comment was about how crowded the carousel usually is.
I’m guessing the next one starts on 9/1, if the pattern I saw (first Sunday of the month) is correct. But I hope they fix the calendar.
For some odd reason, instead of Sept 1st, it’s Sept 8th. I guess it’s not always the first Sunday of the month. For ‘reasons’ I’m sure, haha.
