Quest seems bugged to me. After flying up cannot see the fire rings to fly thru. Try to abandon the quest and retake three times…no luck

I am having this exact same issue right now. It’s very frustrating. I looked it up on YouTube to see what the quest is supposed to look like, and then I decided to try aiming for one of the spots that has a ring in the YT video, and I did get the boost. So I guess they’re there but not visible? That doesn’t help much though unless I somehow memorize the route from the YT video.
