I managed to get a Blessings Deck together for my level 70 in TBC, but can’t get the quest started.
Right clicking it returns “You don’t meet the requirements for that quest.”
Am I missing something, or is something wrong?

Same thing with me. Must only be when the Darkmoon Faire is actually live
