I logged out on the DMF Carousel and when trying to enter the game again, I simply get stuck with an infinite loading screen. I need to recover my character somehow and thought I’d list the bug here.

The same is happening to me but in Retail
The same is happening for one of my toons on retail as well.

I had this happen this morning as well, but I was able to fix it using the the character stuck problem on the website so maybe it’ll work for you all too. I hope this helps out at all, I’ll link the character stuck page blow.

How do they know what character? I guess it’s just the one with no zone?

So you just leave it open? It doesn’t ask for any details like “character name” or anything… I’ve left it on a couple times and nothing worked…
EDIT yeah @thugnastylol I tried to make a ticket too but it just directed me to the unstuck. How can I use an unstuck when I cant even log into the character idk. I feel like i’m gonna have to delete my character if they wont help.
I have been experiencing the same issue. Logged out on the DMF carousel and now Im stuck in an infinite loading screen. The character unstuck option online is not helping, it loads for a few moments and says
“We could not complete your request. Please try again or submit a support ticket if the problem persists.”
The problem being that it does not matter if you call or try to submit a problem online you cannot submit a ticket or talk to anyone. I have tried the unstuck online in multiple browsers and cleared all cookies to no avail.

Having the same problem as OP and self service unstuck refuses to load.
From here I selected the self service option. The first time it just kept spinning, but seems to be working now. Problem is, I often leave characters I don’t play often on the carousel and using this option only allowed one to be moved in a certain time period. Last night I had to wait 4 hours, today it says 8 hours before using it again.

I had two characters stuck and didn’t realize it until I tried to log on. Hope they fix this issue soon.
This also happened to me. Using the self-service option to move my character worked for me. Hope they fix this bug soon!
