My Dakmoon Deck Box: Inferno with a Jetscale sigil has just been dealing 7’s consistently. I don’t see it shuffle anymore like it used to. I don’t know if there was some kind of stealth nerf to this, but the tooltip states that the darkmoon deck is supposed to shuffle and stop on an Ace, not perpetually be stuck on 7.

Mine was doing the same thing. I put in a ticket in-game and literally 30 minutes after I submitted it, the trinket began to work properly. If it stopped on 7 and I continued into combat, it would progress and stick on the Ace. My ticket does not show as answered, and has a wait time of 3 days, but try it and see if that makes it work for you!
I have the same issue with my Darkmoon Deck Box Inferno with Jetscale sigil. It won’t shuffle and it get stuck on 7. I am able to make it shuffle again by unequipping it and equipping it again.

…that has the jetscale(rank3) attached. Its first roll was a 2, and then its just stuck on 7’s every time it comes off CD, its a 7 in the tooltip as I hover over it.
OK, currently the sigil is not working again and I resubmitted my ticket and bug report.
Same same, put multiple bug reports in and was told to come here and make a comment.

Come on dev’s worthless sometimes. A work around is to un-equip it and then re-equip. But enjoy doing that every log in and sometimes seems u need to do it again after going in a dungeon. Very stupid, just fix it devs.
I had this issue with every deck I crafted for alts after 10.1 and decided to just swap them all over to Emberscale.
