Got this on my priest, been running around in shadow for a good bit now. I was hoping it would act as a buffer for the times Blackout doesn’t work, haven’t seen it work a single time yet.
Just like blackout, it doesn’t work on dot ticks. Sorry, you’ll have to actually cast your spells to earn your proc chance cc.
just consider it an extra 5% chance on blackout.
You don’t need help from the torment card…you can hit your dot button twice and afk for a win…now with 10% more ease.
FYI this card is bonkers as melee…procs nearly always.

Blackout applies on dot applications moron, torment does not.
nonsense…i carry around resto pots…so priest is free lunch for me.
This trinket is terrible , not worth the gold, no one should use it. Not even worth anything but maybe a buff…. Definitely again, no one should use it.
I heard it doesn’t apply from any instant cast spell, is there any truth to that? Dot applications don’t work anymore, but does a direct damage instant cast like starsurge or moonfire have a chance to proc it?
Any mage/shammy/druid get this and tried with fireblast / shocks / moonfire lately?
It no longer works for warlock dots (coa/siphon/corr), no clue about other abilities
