Why is it not proccing when healing a target?
The card stats clearly:
Equip: Chance on successful heal to restore 8 energy, 1% mana, or 4 rage.
At the moment, this trinket does not work if you’re healing another target other than yourself. which is ridiculous. If that was the case why word the way you did and have someone spend close to 500-600 gold. Yesterday before the hot fix, it was working off hots (as long as they were not overheals) and it worked when targeting someone else!
If this is intended and its not to work on other targets. At least state that in the tooltip text before having someone buy this trinket.
