Darkmoon Card: Decay - Worse than Sandstorm for single target even after the nerfs

I know there is a bug(?) where this card doesn’t even trigger on DoTs but even for a rogue who spams non-DoT abilities this card is still terrible.

Any chance of buffing this deck to be competitive on single target with the AoE deck or is our gold wasted on this trash?

As a destro lock i 100% endorse the above post. For such a hard to get epic item it is incredibly dissapointing.
