Eye Beam from spawned havoc DH does very little damage. As a Vengy, its better to get Darkglare Boon since it also provides more defensive power. As a havoc I suspect the damage by spawned Vengy would be even smaller and thus even worse.
I thought collective anguish did more damage and considerably more in aoe situations? Is that not the case?

It’s not a bad Lego to make at all though.
Note I think Darkglare would pull ahead if it was a 30% chance
