I imagine he just says the same thing if you killed blackfuse or not but would be interested to know anyhow

Its kind of weird that Druz, who was Gallywix’s most loyal, and Ugg, who was in the Patch 11.1 trailer, were not present in the game.
Perhaps we’ll see them later. Like say one as leader of Darkfuse and the other seeking to avenge Gallywix.

Xal’atath has pointed Nerubians and Goblins toward the black blood for their warfare, possible conflict between the two later? The Harronir homeland? 
edit: I can see something awesome having ascended nerubians fighting hobogoblins (ascended goblins) as they clash and blast void weapons.

My guess is that they might have Druz and Ugg appear as a raid encounter at some point.

So far, I got to Mug’Zee and no Druz or Ugg yet.
They probably come later on, afterwards, to get revenge.
