Darkflame Cleft can't grab dynamite and The Darkness wont spawn

In a follower dungeon with 2 people and the dungeon seems to just be hard stuck.

*Maybe related to us being stuck in combat somehow?

Teleport out of dungeon and then back in. Fixed the problem
