Darkest Hour (DH Legendary) Not activating at all in arenas/bgs

Came here to post this. Also tested in PvE environments with the same results. Seems to have completely stopped working.

it was working fine a few hours ago, I don’t know why this is happening all of a sudden. extremely frustrating. please fix mr blizzard

I also have noticed this in the last few hours and it was working earlier today. I have tried logging on and off, taking it off and putting it back on, and it just won’t proc.

same thing has happened to me, I’ve tried deleting and restoring changing specs deleting character pretty much everything and its not working

Please fix blizzard…Pointless to Arena/pvp on DH right now. Tested everything i could think of to restore character and nothing.

its been like 6 hrs since this legendary randomly broke, any word on a fix?

Chiming in to add that Collective Anguish (havoc version) randomly broke for me as well, only to me apparently, it stopped healing from the summoned VDH Fel Devastation. I checked with other HDHs and they were able to heal, just not me.

Updating that both the maintenance and the rolling restart did not fix this bug. Darkest Hour is still not activating at all in any environment.

The frustrating part is that the thing was working fine until something happened yesterday afternoon and it just stopped working. And blizz doesn’t seem to give a care since they haven’t acknowledged any of these posts yet.

Just crafted this legendary, I can confirm it doesn’t proc at all. The anima power worked fine in Torghast, but the legendary does not work in PvP/World.

Yeah, stopped working for me sometime yesterday. Does not proc in any scenario, deleting doesnt work, etc…

Came here to report this bug as well. Just bought ranked 4 darkest hour legendary this morning, seemed to work for an hour, logged out, when i logged back in tonight it doesn’t activate at all. Tested in PVE and PVP environments. Again, darkest hour legendary is not activating.
