Where is the Dark Ranger general cosmetic set? it was supposed to go live in this patch.

Probably in the same hole as the Lo’gosh armor. Theory is they are for the 20th anniversary.
If you mean the Sylvanas set, all that happened is that the appearances were attached to items, nothing ever indicated that said items were obtainable yet.
Could be a Trading Post monthly reward. We don’t know yet.

I’ve seen a few players with it, and looks amazing. But, how to get it? I have the first DR armor, the plain green one but that’s it.

Yeah, was October I believe. Might be waiting awhile. People still hoping for the Jester and blood troll sets, and those were 2023.
