When I logged in today, my Blood Elf warrior had lost the Dark Ranger customization. It’s no longer unlocked on any of my characters. I boosted this character specifically for this look, and if it’s not able to be returned, I’d like my money back for this boost. Jeez.

Please correct this Blizz, super depressed i lost my red eyes man …
I went to the barbershop and saw that it showed red eyes was still selected. So I clicked on a different color, then back on red, and it was fine again. Didn’t pay or anything. It’s an unwelcome problem, but maybe make an attempt before giving up.
Same. All my characters that had the Dark Ranger customization have lost it.
The Barbershop is also broken.

This did not resolve it for me. The customization is gone.
Okay so the problem has been sort of resolved. On characters that didn’t log into the game while the skin was unavailable, it has returned, and works as intended. On my one hunter, that DID enter the game, every time I exit the game, her look shifts to the non dark ranger eye color and skin color when I re-enter the game. I now have to make sure that I log out close to a barber shop, so when I come back, I can fix it there every time, which is rather inconvenient, but not game breaking.
