Dark Pact Still 250%

Not a tool tip bug either. Shielding for the same amount as I was on Monday. New World, I mean WoW Devs really are lackluster these days huh?

Also soul leech is still 8%. I wonder if the 5% damage buff went through? Really weird that some stuff just didn’t happen. Apparently the nerf to chastise (3 secs down from 4) didn’t go through either.

This is really disappointing that the devs have failed so many times recently to actually do what is stated in the notes.

I’m tired of finding bugs/shortcomings they do. It’s literally why I stopped playing New World and came back to WoW because WoW was so polished, but now I’m really just disappointed.

My guess is that they had an earlier version of the updates where half the stuff was in it, then a later version where the rest of the stuff, including the destruction buffs/nerfs. I’d wager that when they decided to hold off on the destruction stuff, they just released the earlier version not realizing some of the other changes were in the later version. This happens literally every patch and update, even PTR stuff that gets reported goes live. Kind of ridiculous for a subscription based game.

Here’s my bug findings since returning:

Cataclysm doesn’t apply immolate to targets inside smoke bomb.
Scouring Tithe doesn’t refresh its cooldown when dispelled or removed.
Shadow Rift literally ported a DH’s Darkness when used at the same transfer time as when the DH cast it just before.
250% dark pact instead of 300%.

Im willing to bet none of the changes actually made it live. Including damage buffs.

It will apply when you are in arena or bg.

There are PVP buffs

I checked in BG the change is not live.

so none of the buffs seem to have come through, and the grimmoire of sacrifice bug is still present in arenas. (You can’t sacrifice the pet until the arena starts because it just keeps immediately respawning during the prep phase).

i always use sac for aff in arena by sacing VW for 20% health then insta summon felhunter. But this hasnt worked since the previous patch. Its so strange how buffs for other classes go through right away. Then you have our nerfs which go through right away lmao

Dark Pact tooltip and bonus shield now properly reflect a correct value of 8805 with no gear and 10900 health.

10900 * .2 = 2180
2180 * 3 = 6540
6540 +2265 = 8805 THE CORRECT VALUE.

Dark Pact changes to 300% in arena, seems fine to me. It’s just 250% out of it, i guessing some abilities are tunes for pvp only.

Its so odd that the “solutions” they provided for the lock nerf all only work in arena but not in Warmode on. Im curious if any other classes have this limitation. I have a rogue mage hunter and so far i have not noticed anything like that on them

Shouldn’t it be for 300% if you have warmode on too?
