Almost certainly not.
Very, very few equippable items scale on spellpower.
It is limited almost entirely to life drain procs (not the enchant), and a fire damage shield polearm that I can’t remember the name of.

i thought i remember rogue twinks getting +fire damage gear for an item because of a similar proc back in vanilla… why would this be different. i think it was nerfed but idk what patch or if not until tbc
I doubt it. It was removed from most things back in Vanilla. Though I’ll be sure to let you know when I test it on my meme Firestone Melee build.
Fire rogues were entirely a private server phenomenon.

To add to this: Private servers tended to assume that item procs had a 43% spellpower coefficient, as if they were instant spells.
This is completely false and had zero basis in Vanilla, where as has been mentioned, almost no procs scale with spellpower at all. But it led to some strange results on those private servers.

Have any Warriors tested the Proc rate on this?
Wrong. Go test now I haven’t seen nature dmg proc with spell dmg but fire and others do.
Vanilla certain weapons proc are 1 for 1.
