Dark iron weapon ensemble dilemma

How do i get the dark iron heritage weapon ensemble after having race changed my dark iron to something else. I assume i create a new dark iron and level that, then get it?

Dark Iron Dwarf Heritage Questline Requirements

This questline requires obtaining the achievement Heritage of the Dark Iron, which means this questline is only available for level 50 or above Dark Iron Dwarf characters that have been leveled from level 10.

This questline is not accessible to characters who race-changed to Dark Iron Dwarf.

The WowHead article is about the weapon ensemble. But the prerequisite to get the weapon transmogs and the mount is to have previously completed the heritage armor quest chain and obtained its achievement, so effectively the same requirements.
