Dark Iron Dwarf, Lightforged Draenei, or Zandalari Troll?

I’ve been sitting around for like an hour now making new characters and trying out transmog and I just can’t pick a character for paladin. Dark Iron is rad all around but they got that weird 2 handed spin. Lightforged are like the premier paladin race but they’re refrigerators. I like the way Zandalari stand and sound and they have nice tattoos, but they have the weird jumping spin sorta like Dark Iron and it throws off the look for me.

I’m tired and been staring at the character creation screen for too long, help me choose :persevere:

Personal preference here but iv always liked the way plate mog has looked on Draenei plus with the new beard option lightforged look even better. Only negative is the tail can cause some mog issues but i think youd run into the same with zandalari tusks, but i didnt look to far into zandalari paladin mogs.

Zandalari Troll is the clear winner. Now, go make that alt.

Go into game and let the RNG gods decide what you will make.

Type, /roll 1-3

Designate a race for each number.

For example:

#1.) DI Dwarf

#2.) LF Space goat

#3.) Zandalari Troll

Whatever the dice lands on, is what you make. Problem solved.

Between the three, I’d go Zandalari for racials + Horde. You do you though.

I made a dark iron paladin but did not get far in leveling him because some how it just seemed wrong. I deleted that toon and made a dark iron warrior and he got leveled to max level.
Anyway there are a lot of good fire themed plate sets that look real good on Dark irons, so that would be my chose.

If I had the option I’d choose Zandalari by far. Dark iron is cool but I don’t like dwarf models at all. Lightforged is a Draenei with a bit of extra customization, I wouldn’t call it the premiere race, heck it shouldn’t have even been its own race.

So personally I’d go Zandalari. They look awesome in plate, they’re animations are good and they have a lot of cool customization with tattoos, the golden tusk option, hairstyles, etc. You have to pick for yourself though, this is just my personal opinion.

Have you tried both sexes for all three? You said the goats are refrigerators so I’m guessing you only tried the males. Try out the females and see if their animations are more to your liking.

For the mounts, Zandalari.

I personally have all 3, plus a dwarf and a blood elf paladin.

I may have a problem.

I just tried out the female versions. Dark Iron females don’t have that spin, but they also don’t have the beards, which I don’t know how I feel about. Female light forged are alright, but they’re a little too thin. Zandalari females have the same animations as dark spear females and I’m not a fan of either of them. Honestly I might make male Dark Iron because their heritage armor is my favorite out of all of them but I can’t get over that spin
