Hello. I unlocked the Dark Iron Dwarf transmog a long time ago, and since have deleted the Dwarf I unlocked it on. If I race change my Priest to Dark Iron will I still get the new quest for the 9.2.5 transmog items and mount even though it’s not the character I unlocked the armor on?
As far as I know, it has to be on a DI that you leveled 1-50. So you cannot race change.
Can you undelete your DI?

You should be able to do it.
WoWhead comments say you need to do the heritage achievement, which you have done. Then you just need a level 50 DI dwarf.

I believe they initially had a bug that you had to do it on the specific character that earned the heritage armor. That has been fixed and there is no link between the previous heritage achievement and the new quests, other than you have the achievement. A pertinent comment in that wowhead thread…

You just need the achievement to unlock the new transmogs. It doesn’t have to be on the specific DID that you leveled up.
This character was not leveled to max as a DID, but I was still able to unlock the new transmogs on it because I have another character I leveled to max as a DID.

Awesome. Thank you guys! I was worried. My old DID was race changed and server transferred so much back then I’d have no way to ever undelete it cuz I have no idea which one it is lol
I hit lvl 50 with no boost, did threads of fate also. After hitting lvl 51 I remembered about the Heritage armor and checked my achievements and did not have the lvl 50 “Heritage of Dark Iron”. I am not sure what is wrong but submitted a ticket and pretty much was told they couldn’t help me but to instead come here… anyone have a fix?
