Twice in a row, once in heroic and once in normal versions of this scenario, I was immovably stuck. The first time, on Heroic, I was stuck in a wall and could not get out. I was kicked from my group and given a 30 minute penalty before I could queue again. Then, on Normal, I fell through the floor and was disconnected and could not get back in for 10 minutes. To me, this spells bug.
