I am unable to get past Stage 1 in this scenario. Stage 2 requires acquisition of 50 artifact pieces and I am unable to interact with the artifacts/containers in any way. They are lit up and I can see them perfectly well, but cannot right or left click to activate them. I have tried uninstalling all my add-ons and resetting my interface as suggested on your website without success.
The GM who handled my ticket suggested that I come here and post and submit a bug report in game. This is frustrating as until I am able to complete this scenario I am unable to continue on in the questline. If anyone has a suggestion it would be ever so appreciated.

I had the same issue, I teleported out of the dungeon and back in and it looks like you don’t click on the boxes, just run over them. Hope this helps!

OMG, I just now found your reply to my post. I ran over to the scenario to see if your advice worked, and IT DID! Thank you so much. 
I find it really disappointing that Blizz doesn’t seem to be aware of this aspect of that instance. How can you give good customer service if your representatives don’t have all the info they need? In all the dungeons, quests, instances this game has, how many require you to just walk over something to gather it? Not only is that not mentioned anywhere in the info for this little quest, it was never mentioned in all my communications with GMs about the problems I was having. GG Blizzard!
