submitted a ticket but have yet to hear back as to whether they know about the missing recipe from trainers yet

This is a snippet of the response received by ticket; so they’re aware but no ETA on a potential fix. Luckily it’s easy enough to bypass the boots and make something else!
After digging into this, I see that we have received multiple reports of this issue and are currently investigating it. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided. In the meantime, hang tight on and hopefully it’ll be fixed up ASAP.

Just been to a trainer and the boots are now able to be learned. Craft on!
